摘要
采用有限元法,对某核电站用的电气柜及其安装底架进行了结构抗震计算分析。简单介绍了结构的力学建模、载荷条件和地震响应谱分析方法,计算得到了结构的固有频率、振型和地震载荷下的响应,并根据RCC—M规范要求进行应力评定。结果表明,电气柜及其安装底架的结构强度满足规范要求。本文的计算结果为电气柜的抗震设计提供了依据。
This paper did structural seismic analysis on electrical cabinets and its baseframe used in nuclear power plants, using the finite element method. It briefly introduced the structural mechanical model, load condition and seismic response spectrum analysis method, calculated the structural natural frequency, mode shape as well as the response to the seismic load, and evaluated the structural stress ac- cording to RCCM criteria. The results showed that the structural intensity of the electrical cabinet and its installation baseframe satisfied the requirements of the specification. And, the calculation result provided the basis for the seismic design of the electrical cabinets.
