摘要
通过对贫碳酸盐液加压泵在正常运行10分钟后,泵流量急剧下降,泵不能正常运行的问题进行分析,得出为泵入口过滤器出现的问题。在考虑泵入口过滤器有效过滤面积及杂质粒径的因素后,对过滤器进行了合理选型并提出了相关注意事项,更换入口过滤器后的化工离心泵运行稳定。
Through the lean carbonate solution booster pump in the normal operation of 10 rain, pump flow fell sharp- ly decreased and the pump can＇t had the normal operation was anslyzed, and pump suction filter＇s problems. In consider- ing pump suction filter effective filtration area and the factors, the relevant precautions of reasonable selection of filter were put forward, by replacing the entrance of the filter chemical centrifugal pump, the operation was stable.
