摘要
本文从理论研究和实践探讨两个方面，提出了普通工科院校人才培养目标和素质要求，并且提出了面向生产第一线，培养“现场工程师”工程意识和工程能力的途径和方法。
In the aspects of theory research and practice discussion , the article puts forward the cultivation purpose and quality requirements of average colleges of engineering. It also comes up with the ways and methods of aiming at the first line of production and cultivating ' the on-the-spot' engineers with more engineering consciousness and ability.
