首先阐述鼓胀的病因病机、证治大法,接着具体讲解鼓胀扶正祛邪八法。最后叙述了软坚化瘀不忘清邪利气、疏肝解郁不忘益气健脾、渗利水湿更当固护阴液三条证治注意要点。
First of all, Stating the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome and treatment method of tympanites, and then spe-cifically expanding the eight methods on on treating tympanites. Finally narrating three treatment points of resolving the hard lamps and expelling stasis besides expelling of evil to make Qi smoothly, dispersing stagnated liver Qi for relieving Qi stagnation besides replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen, clearing damp besides protecting Yin Fluid.
