摘要
目的了解乌鲁木齐市流动儿童和常住儿童的预防接种状况,掌握影响流动儿童接种率的相关因素,为流动儿童的免疫接种管理提供相关依据。方法在市辖区流动人口聚集地随机抽取6个调查点,每个调查点随机入户调查1～4岁流动儿童,使用统一的调查表收集资料。将采集到的资料进行整理和录入,应用统计分析软件进行统计分析。结果调查1～4岁的流动儿童341名,流动儿童HBV、BCG、OPV、DTP、MV疫苗和五苗全程接种率分别为80.65%、82.41%、81.23%、77.42%、78.01%和76.54%。在影响流动儿童免疫接种率的多因素logistic回归模型分析中,民族(OR=4.6 424;95%可信区间:2.2 807～9.4 495;P<0.0 001)、地区(OR=4.7 475;95%可信区间:2.5 629～8.7 944;P<0.0 001)。结论乌鲁木齐市流动儿童免疫接种率和建证率均较低,应采取科学措施,有效提高流动儿童计划免疫知识的知晓率和免疫接种率,消除流动聚集地的免疫空白。
Objective To understand the vaccination status of floating and resident children in Urumqi, grasp the relevant factors that impact the vaccination rate and provide evidences for immunization administration. Method Six investigation points were randomly selected from floating population area and household survey was taken to 1 to 4 - year - old migrant children of the investigation points. Using uniform questionnaire to collect the data and carry out statistical analysis. Results Total of 341 migrant children aged at 1 to 4 years old were investigated. The inoculation rates of HBV, BCG, OPV, DTP and MV on migrant children were 80. 65%, 82. 41%, 81.23%, 77.42% and 78.01%. Nationality （ OR = 4. 6424, 95% CI ： 2. 2807 - 9. 4495, P 〈 0. 0001 ） and district （ OR = 4. 7475, 95% CI： 2. 5629 - 8. 7944, P 〈 0. 0001 ） were the influencing factors which affected floating children analyzed by logistic regression model. Conclusions The inocula- tion rate and vaccination certificate rate of migrant children were lower in Urumqi City. We should to take research - on - research and improve the awareness rate of planned immunity and inoculation rate and eliminate the blank immunization in habitation of migrant children.
