摘要
为了给业主提供一个安全、舒适、方便的生活环境,对小区智能化系统的设计及实施展开了探讨。首先,介绍智能化系统的组成并对各子系统设计做了综述;其次,对智能化系统的施工部署及方法进行了论述;再次,对智能化设计及施工应注意的几个问题加以叙述,并对智能化系统建设困境加以展望;最后做了总结,认为只有通过科学合理的设计和有组织的施工管理,政府部门及监理单位加强监督,严禁工程层层分包,严格质量验收,小区智能化系统建设才能取得最终的成功。
In order to provide a safe,comfortable,convenient living environment,the area of intelligent system design and implementation are discussed.Firstly,introduced the intelligent system and each subsystem design reviews;secondly,the intelligent system of construction plan and method were introduced,again,the intelligent design and construction should pay attention to several issues to be described,and the intelligent system construction difficulties to prospects,finally,the do summarized,that only by scientific and reasonable design and organization of construction management,government departments and supervision units to strengthen supervision,strictly engineering layers of subcontractors,strict quality inspection,the area of intelligent system construction to obtain the final success.
