摘要
目的观察针药并用治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将56例神经性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组28例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上采用针药并用治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.9%,对照组为78.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用是一种治疗神经性皮炎的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus plum-blossom-needle tapping in treating neurodermatitis.Method Fifty-six patients with neurodermatitis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,28 in each.The control group was managed by conventional medication,and the treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus plum-blossom-needle tapping in addition to the treatment given to the control group.The clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed and compared.Result The total effective rate was 92.9% in the treatment group versus 78.6% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture plus plum-blossom-needle tapping is an effective method in treating neurodermatitis.
