穴位注射配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察 被引量:12

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture Point Injection plus Traction in Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

摘要 目的观察穴位注射配合牵引治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效,并比较治疗前后血清IL-6浓度变化。方法将160例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为A组、B组、C组和D组,每组40例。A组采用穴位注射配合牵引治疗,B组采用穴位注射治疗,C组采用针刺治疗,D组采用牵引治疗。比较各组临床疗效及治疗前后VAS评分、麻木评分、IL-6浓度。结果 A组总有效率为100.0%,B组为77.5%,C组为67.5%,D组为72.5%,A组总有效率优于B组、C组和D组(均P<0.05)。四组治疗后VAS评分、麻木评分、IL-6浓度与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组治疗后VAS评分、麻木评分、IL-6浓度与B组、C组和D组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射配合牵引是一种治疗神经根型颈椎病的有效方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture point injection plus traction in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and compare pre-/post-treatment serum IL-6 concentrations.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly allocated to groups A,B,C and D,40 cases each.Group A was treated by acupuncture point injection plus traction;group B,by acupuncture point injection;group C,with acupuncture;group C,by traction.The clinical therapeutic effects,pre-and post-treatment VAS scores and numbness scores,and IL-6 concentrations were compared between the groups.Results The total efficacy rate was 100% in group A,77.5% in group B,67.5% in group C and 72.5% in group D.There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the VAS score,the numbness score and the IL-6 concentration in all the groups(P〈0.05).There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in the VAS score,the numbness score and the IL-6 concentration between groups A and B,C or D(P〈0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture point injection plus traction is an effective way to treat cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
