摘要
论文把船舶真空沸腾式制淡和反渗透膜制淡两种技术整合到一起,研究一种复合型船用海水淡化装置。利用真空沸腾式产水含盐量少和反渗透法制淡产水量大,两者优势互补,研制出产水量大,人炉两用的制淡设备,减少船舶淡水费用,为船公司节省成本。
This paper combines ship vacuum boiling system with reverse osmosis membrane system to form a complex marine sea water desalination device. The use of vacuum boihng producing less salt content water and reverse osmosis method producing a great deal of fresh water, the two methods complements each other, to develop a dual-use system which generating abundant water for crews and boilers. Thereby, it will reduce the fee of ships' freshwater for shipping companies to save costs.
