This article introduced the practical application of electrophoresis coat technology in the production of the whole-vehicle in according to individual feature of various bus products,particularly focusing on design of craftwork,raw materials selection,hoisting method,hardware configuration,avoiding and dealing with most frequently happen accidences,material and supporting system,quality control and personnel management,etc.It served as a worthy reference to the preparation of new production line of electrophoresis coat for whole-vehicles,as well as operation maintenance.
