摘要
目的:建立牙周塞治剂中氧化锌、鞣酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用分光光度法。分别在620、275nm波长下测定制剂中氧化锌、鞣酸的含量。结果:氧化锌和鞣酸检测浓度的线性范围分别为0.44~2.22(r=0.9996)、2.75~13.75(r=0.9999)μg·mL-1;其平均回收率分别为99.05%(RSD=1.25%)、99.22%(RSD=1.84%)。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于牙周塞治剂的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of zinc oxide and tannic acid in periodontal pack. METHODS: Spectrophotometry was adopted for the determination of the contents of zinc oxide and tannic acid in sample at 620 am and 275 nm, respectively. RESULTS: The linear ranges of zinc oxide and tannic acid were 0.44-2.22 μg·mL^-1 (r=0.999 6) and 2.75-13.75 μg·mL^-1(r=0.999 9), respectively; and their average recovery rates were 99.05% (RSD=l.25%) and 99.22% (RSD=1.84% ), respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate, reliable and suitable for the quality control of peri-odontal pack.
