摘要
目的:研究舍格伦综合征(SS)患者血清中骨桥蛋白(OPN)等细胞因子的含量及相互关系。方法:经病理学检查确诊的SS患者40例,其中原发性15型,继发性25例。酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测患者血清中骨桥蛋白,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)的含量。以20名健康志愿者作为正常对照。结果:与正常对照组相比,OPN和TNF-α水平在SS患者显著增加(P<0.05);继发性SS的TGF-β1血清水平显著高于原发性SS,但OPN和TNF-α的血清水平在原发性SS与继发性SS中没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:骨桥蛋白在原发性SS和继发性SS患者的血清中表达均高于正常对照组,但继发性SS较原发性SS表达更为显著。说明其表达与疾病的严重程度有关。继发性SS的TGF-β1血清水平显著高于原发性SS,说明继发性SS疾病的病理发生发展更为复杂。
Objective: To explore the relationship of serum concentration of'osteopontin (OPN) and other proinflam- matory cytokines in Sjogren's syndrome (SS) patients. Method: twenty-six patients with pathologically-confirmed SS (pri- mary SS, n=15; secondary SS, n=25) were investigated. Serum levels of OPN, TNF-alpba and TGF-beta 1 were examined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Twenty healthy subjects were served as normal controls. Result: Serum OPN, TNF-alpha levels were increased in SjSgren's syndrome patients in comparison with healthy subjects (P 〈0.05). TGF-betal levels in secondary SS were increased remarkedly than that in primary SS in serum (P 〈0.05). No statistically significant dif- ference was found in the prevalence of OPN and TNF-alpha expression between the two kinds of SS (P 〉0.05). Conclusion: Serum OPN levels were increased in both primary SS patients and secondary SS, and secondary SS OPN expression more re- mark than primary SS. This suggested that OPN expression was correlated with the progression of disease. TGF-betal levels in secondary SS were increased than that in primary SS, indicating that the pathogenesis was more complicated in secondary SS.
