超选择性肾动脉造影在急性肾出血介入治疗中的应用价值 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨超选择性肾动脉造影在肾出血介入治疗中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院2009年5月至2011年12月68例肾出血血尿患者的临床资料，其中医源性肾出血45例，外伤性肾出血14例，肾肿瘤出血9例，所有病例均行肾动脉主干造影及介入栓塞治疗，部分行超选肾段动脉造影。结果肾动脉造影52例阳性，16例阴性，16例阴性患者再行超选择性肾段动脉造影显示肾段以下动脉出血者15例。结论超选择性肾动脉造影是诊断肾动脉小分支出血最可靠方法，对介入诊治有着重要的意义。
