摘要
介绍了河北某电厂中水回用处理工艺,对反渗透系统污堵原因进行了详细试验分析。分析结果表明反渗透系统污堵原因是反洗水回收设置不合理造成微生物快速滋生,导致反渗透系统保安过滤器迅速污堵,影响了反渗透正常运行,经调整反洗水回收和杀菌剂投加量后系统运行正常。
The intermediate water reuse treatment process of a power plant in Hebei Province is introduced, and a experimental analysis is carried out on the reasons of fouling of RO systems. The analysis results show that the reasons of fouling of RO systems is the backwash water recycling unreasonable causing microbes fast breeder, then leading to the rapidly fouling of the security filter of RO systems, affecting the normal operation of RO, at last the system is operating properly after adjusting the wash water recycling and fungicide dosing quantity.
