B2B市场供应商开展客户推荐营销的模式和策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 客户推荐是B2B营销中供应商获取新客户的主要营销工具。现有研究大多从客户视角来分析客户推荐的影响因素和作用,很少有研究从供应商视角来探讨如何利用和管理客户推荐信息和推荐行为。本文基于供应商视角研究了客户推荐营销的模式和过程,阐述了在进行客户推荐营销的过程中提高推荐效果的策略,并提出了相关命题,以期在理论上为研究客户推荐这种新型营销资产提供一些新的观点和思路,在实践上为产业供应商利用和管理推荐客户及其推荐行为提供方法参考。
