摘要
目的:纤维支镜下介入治疗肺脓肿的临床疗效。方法:收治肺脓肿患者30例,应用纤支镜送抽取分泌物,然后注射甲硝唑液进行灌洗3～5次,然后将丁胺卡那霉素0.4g+生理盐水5ml注入病变部位。结果:30例患者经过治疗治愈22例,治愈率73.3%,好转8例,好转率26.7%,总有效率100.0%。患者体温恢复时间6.3±3.5天,住院时间30.1±7.7天。结论:纤维支气管镜治疗肺脓肿疗效确切,操作简单、安全、有效,是治疗肺脓肿的经济实用的方法。
Objective：Fiber support endoscop- ic interventional treatment of pulmonary ab- scess clinical. Method：Collected in our hos- pital from January 2009 to March 2012 treatment 30 cases of lung abscess patients, the application of bronchoscopy sent to ex- tract secretions ,and then injected with met- ronidazole solution lavage 3 to 5 times, and then amikacin kanarnycin 0.4g ＋ saline 5ml injected into the lesion. Results： 30 cases were cured after treatment, 22 cases, the cure rate was 73.3% ,improved in eight ca- ses,the improvement rate was 26.7%, the total effective rate was 100. 0%. Patients with body temperature recovery time 6.3 ± 3.5 days, hospital stay 30.1 ± 7.7 d. Con- clusion：The treatment of pulmonary abscess efficacy of fiberoptic bronchoscopy is accu- rate, simple to operate, safe, effective, eco- nomical and practical method of treatment of pulmonary abscess.
