摘要
目的探讨应用股前外侧皮瓣修复上肢软组织缺损的围术期护理方法。方法对29例上肢软组织缺损患者行股前外侧皮瓣修复创面制定护理计划,进行优质护理。结果本组29例病例经过精心的护理全部成活,其中1例术后12 h及时发现血管危象经及时处理,创面愈合。结论排除伤情及手术质量,良好的围术期护理,及时发现并处理血管危象是游离股前外侧皮瓣修复上肢皮肤软组织缺损成功的关键。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of anterolateral flap to repair the soft tissue defect of upper limb skin. Methods A nursing plan was designed for 29 patients with soft tissue defect of upper skin who received anterolateral flap to repair wounds. Quality nursing was performed as well. Results All 29 flaps survived after careful nursing. Only one patient＇ s blood vessel seemed to break, which was solved straight away and the wounds healed. Conclusion Ex- cluding injury and surgery quality, good perioperative nursing and timely identifying and handling the blood vessels are important to the surgery in which the free anterolateral flap is used to repair the ~ft tissue defect of upper limb skin.
