摘要
目的观察经腹、肛门联合术式治疗成人直肠脱垂的临床疗效。方法对本科收治的12例成人直肠脱垂患者,采用经腹、肛门联合术式治疗的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果 12例患者中痊愈10例（83.3%）,好转2例（16.7%）,无效0例。术后回访2~5年,无1例复发。结论经腹、肛门联合术式治疗成人直肠脱垂,克服了单一手术治疗的缺点,临床疗效满意,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combined abdomen - anus surgery for treatment of adults with rectal prolapse. Methods The clinical data of 12 adult patients with rectal prolapse who received the combined abdomen - anus surgery in our hospital were ana- lyzed retrospectively. Results Among the 12 patients, 10 were cured （83.3%） and 2 improved （ 16.7% ）. Postoperative follow- up ranging from 2 to 5 years revealed that no recurrence occurred. Conclusion The combined abdomen - anus surgery for adults with rectal prolapse overcomes the shortcomings of the single surgical treatment with satisfactory clinical results and low recurrence rate, thus being worthy of wider clinical application.
