摘要
目的:总结急性重症胰腺炎及术后的护理,如何提高急性重症胰腺炎的治愈率。方法:通过临床观察及中西医结合护理,对收治49例急性重症胰腺炎采取非手术治疗与手术治疗的回顾分析。结果:急性重症胰腺炎采取非手术治疗31例,转手术治疗18例,占36.7%,并发症发生率高达89.7%,病死率达6.1%。结论:通过仔细的临床观察,严密的技术操作,是实现医疗的基本保证,建立良好的医护关系、护患关系是护理工作中的重要基础。采取有效的护理措施,加强各并发症的监护,是降低死亡率和手术成功的关键。
Objective： Summary of nursing experience of severe acute pancreatitis and postoperative, and how to improve the cure rate of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods： Through clinical observation and the integrative medicine nursing to take a non-surgical treatment and surgical treatment treated 49 cases of severe acute pancreatitis were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Severe acute pancreatitis to take non-surgical treatment of 31 cases, turn the surgical treatment of 18 cases, accounting for 36.7% complication rate as high as 89.7%, the case fatality rate was 6.1%. Conclusion： Careful clinical observation and rigorous technical operation is the basic guarantee for medical, establish a good relationship of care and nurse-patient relationship is an important foundation for nursing. To take effective care measures to strengthen the custody of the complications is to reduce mortality and the key to successful operation.
