木绣球腋芽离体培养技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 以木绣球的腋芽为外植体,以MS为基本培养基添加不同浓度的生长激素,研究不同浓度激素及组合对木绣球离体快繁及生根的影响。结果表明:把经过消毒后的腋芽接种到芽诱导培养基MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L上效果最好,诱导率达到100%;增殖阶段仍然采用MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L配方效果最好,增殖系数达到4.90;生根阶段采用1/2MS+NAA 0.50mg/L配方为好,生根率可达100.0%,且植株生长状况良好,根系健壮。 The axillary buds of Viburnum macrocephalum Fort. were used as explants, MS as basic medium, effect of different kinds of hormone and its combination on the rapid propagation and rooting of Viburnum macrocephalum Fort. were studied. The results showed that MS+6-BA 0. 5 m4g/L+NAA 0. 05 mg/L was the best bud induction medium,and the rate of induction reached 100% ;In proliferation stage,MSd-6-BA 0. b mg/L+NAA0.5 mg/L was also medium,and the index of proliferation reached 4. 90 In rooting stage,using the medium of 1/2MS-PNAA 0. 50 mg/L was excellent, the rooting rate could reached 100% and the plant growth was healthy, the root system were robust. Hoped which provided a reference for industrial production of Viburnum macrocephalum Fort.
