摘要
旅游景区经营权转让是近年来我国旅游景区发展的重要方式之一,也是促进旅游景区市场化经营管理的重要推动力量。本文针对我国旅游景区经营权转让实践过程中出现的一些问题和学界对旅游景区经营权转让的一些争议,认为应从价值取向、价值评估、监督机制、协调机制等四个核心方面着手,全面规范旅游景区经营权转让的经营与管理,确保我国旅游景区的快速、健康、持续发展,为我国旅游业的大发展、大繁荣作出更大贡献。
Transferring of managerial authority of tourism attractions is one of important way to attraction, and also is the important driving force market-oriented management of tourism attractions. This paper, based on the problems in the process of transferring of managerial authority of tourism attractions and some controversy of literatures, thinks should be value orientation, value assessment, monitoring mechanisms and coordination mechanism, four core aspects of transferring of managerial authority to regulate operation and management of transferring of managerial authority, ensure the rapid, healthy and sustainable development of attraction, and make greater contributions for major development and prosperity of our tourism industry.
