不同种属细菌感染患者机体免疫功能变化的实验研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的通过检测不同种属细菌感染患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群分布情况,探讨不同种属细菌感染患者细胞免疫功能的变化。方法利用流式细胞仪对409例健康体检者和53例细菌感染患者体内T淋巴细胞及其亚群、B细胞、NK细胞进行检测。结果 (1)总感染组T4细胞、DN-T细胞、T4/T8比值显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05),T8细胞显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01);单纯细菌感染组T4细胞、DN-T细胞、DP-T细胞显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05),T8细胞显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01);细菌病毒混合感染组T4细胞、T4/T8比值、NK细胞显著低于健康对照组(P<0.05),B细胞和T8细胞显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01);单纯细菌感染组DN-T细胞、DP-T细胞、B细胞显著低于细菌病毒混合感染组(P<0.05),NK细胞显著高于细菌病毒感染组(P<0.01)。(2)铜绿假单胞菌感染组T4细胞和T4/T8比值显著低于对照组,而T8细胞和B细胞显著高于对照组(P<0.05);不动杆菌感染组T8细胞显著高于对照组,而T4/T8比值、DN-T细胞、DP-T细胞和NK细胞显著低于对照组(P<0.05);克雷伯菌感染组和肠杆菌感染组T4细胞和T4/T8比值显著低于对照组,而T8细胞显著高于对照组(P<0.05);结核杆菌感染组T4细胞和T4/T8比值显著低于对照组,NK细胞显著高于对照组(P<0.05);葡萄球菌和链球菌感染组与对照组的淋巴细胞亚群检测结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论细菌感染者体内存在淋巴细胞亚群失衡和细胞免疫功能紊乱。 Objective To study cellular immune function in patients with different bacteria infection.Methods T cells and subgroups,B cells and NK cells were detected in the 409 healthy controls and 53 patients with bacteria infection by flow cytometry technique.Results(1)Compared with healthy group,T4 cells,DN-T cells and T4/T8 rates of bacteria infectious group were obviously lower(P〈0.05),T8 cells were much higher(P〈0.05);T4 cells,DN-T cells and DP-T cells of single bacteria infection group were obviously lower(P〈0.05),and T8 cells were obviously higher(P〈0.05);B cells,DN-T cells and DP-T cells of single bacteria infection group were much lower than those of the group mixed bacteria-virus infection(P〈0.05).NK cells of the group mixed bacteria-virus infection were obviously higher than that of the group with single bacteria infection(P〈0.05).(2) Compared with the controls,T4 cells and T4/T8 ratio of Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection group were lower and T8 cells and B cells were higher(P〈0.05),T8 cells of Acinetobacter infection group was higher and T4/T8 ratio,DN-T cells,DP-T cells and NK cells were lower(P〈0.05),T4 cells and T4/T8 ratio of Klebsiella pneumonia and Enterobacter infection groups were lower,T8 cells was higher,T 4 cells and T4/T8 ratio of tuberculosis were much lower,and NK cells was much higher(P〈0.05).Conclusions There are imbalance of lymphocyte subpopulations and disorder of cellular immune function in patients with pathogenic microorganism infection.
