摘要
密封气囊是航天发射场飞船检漏间的关键设备。通过分析飞船检漏间的基本结构组成,进行基于小孔泄漏模型的密封气囊最大允许泄漏量上限指标分析,得出密封气囊理论最大允许漏率值为1200Pa/h;同时开发建立密封气囊泄漏检测系统,并对两根修复前后的密封气囊进行检测试验,试验及工程任务应用结果表明密封气囊最大允许漏率上限指标分析及检测结果准确、可信。
Airproof air cell is the key equipment of leak-testing room at the space launch site. By analyzing the basic structure and elements of the spaceship leak-testing room, the mathematical model of the maximum leaking quantity of the air cell is built, with the theoretical maximum allowed ratio to be 1200Pa/h. An experimental leak-testing system is set up, and 2 air cells are tested and analyzed. Practical experiments indicate that the mathematical model and the testing resuits are precise and reliable.
