摘要
为了提高煤矿安全监管部门的监管力度,切实准确地掌握煤矿企业组织生产的情况以及杜绝违法和非法组织生产的行为,本文提出了用煤炭企业实际用电量监测企业生产状况的新思路,通过煤矿的用电量是否异常来监测煤矿企业的实际生产情况,实践表明,这种新方法极大地改善了煤炭安全生产监管的现状。
In order to strengthen the regulation of safety supervision department of coal mines, exactly grasp the production situation and completely eliminate illegal production, a new idea was proposed that the actual power consumption could be used to monitor the production of enterprises. Whether the power consumption is normal or not can he a judgment for the normal production. The practice showed that this new way greatly improved the current monitoring situation of safety production of coal mines.
