摘要
目的探讨舒适护理模式在门诊手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择本院2010年12月～2011年12月门诊手术患者800例,随机分为对照组和实验组各400例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用舒适护理。观察比较2组患者焦虑评分、症状评分、患者满意度及血压、心率情况。结果实验组患者焦虑较轻,症状自评总分较低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组患者满意度和舒适度明显高于对照组,术中血压、心率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论舒适护理是一种有效的护理模式,对保证门诊手术的顺利进行具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of the comfortable nursing mode on outpatient operation patients. Methods In our hospital from 2010 December to 2011 December, 800 patients with outpatient operation were randomly divided into control group with routine nursing and experimental group received the comfortable nursing.Each group has 400 patients. The anxiety, symptom score, satisfaction level, comfort level, blood pressure and heart rate were observed. Results The experimental group patients with anxiety are relatively light, self rating symptom score lower. There was statistically difference between the two group（P〈0.01）. The experimental group was better in satisfaction level and comfort level and have stable blood pressure, heart rate, which show statistically difference （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing is an effective model of care. To guarantee the smooth operation, it has important significance.
