摘要
目的观察甲硝唑加激素联合中药灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的临床疗效。方法 50例UC患者随机分对照组和治疗组,每组25例,前组予常规治疗加甲硝唑加激素灌肠,后组予常规治疗加甲硝唑加激素联合中药灌肠,观察治疗前后血清CPR和ESR水平,以及结肠镜下表现。结果治疗后两组患者临床症状缓解、血清CPR和ESR,以及结肠病理均较治疗前改善,治疗组的总有效率为92%,远高于对照组的76%(P<0.05),两组疗效更佳(P均<0.05)。结论甲硝唑加激素联合中药灌肠能有效缓解UC患者的临床症状,减轻炎症反应和肠道病理损伤,该疗法疗效显著并值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of metronidazole plus excitatory autacoid combined with traditional Chinese enema on patients with ulcerative colitis（UC）.Methods Fifty UC patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,25 cases in each group,the former group accepted conventional therapy and metronidazole plus excitatory autacoid coloclysis,the later group were treated by conventional therapy and metronidazole plus excitatory autacoid combined with traditional Chinese enema.The serum levels of CPR and ESR was tested and colonoscopy was undertook before and after treatment.Results The clinical symptoms relief,serum CPR and ESR levels and colonic pathological damage were improved significant after treatment in two groups,the total effective rate was 92% in treatment group,was higher than that in control group（76%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The therapy of metronidazole plus excitatory autacoid combined with traditional Chinese enema can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,reduce inflammation and intestinal pathological damage of patients with UC,which is worth generalization in clinic.
