摘要
以FL-1701为色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器为检测器,建立了气相色谱法测定二苯甲胺成品中二苯甲酮和二苯甲醇含量的方法。实验结果表明,在所选条件下,二苯甲胺、二苯甲酮和二苯甲醇能完全分离;在浓度范围为1~100μg/mL范围内,二苯甲醇线性方程为y=2.3531x+0.3661,R2=0.9998,平均含量为0.054%,平均加标回收率为99.5%;二苯甲酮的线性方程为y=1.2082x+0.165,R2=0.9999,平均含量为0.122%,平均加标回收率为99.5%。
The method determining the content of benzophenone and benzhydrol in aminodiphenylmethane is established by GC equipped with FL-1701 as capillary column and flame ionization detector. The resuhs show that, benzophenone,benzhydrol and aminodiphenylmethane can be completely separated under the experimental condition in this study. Within the range of concentration from 1 μg/mL to 100 μg/mL, the linear equation of henzhydrol is y = 2. 3531x +0. 3661 (R2 = 0. 9998 ). The average content and the recovery of henzhydrol are 0. 054% and 99. 5%, respectively. The linear equation of benzophenone is y = 1. 2082x + 0. 165 (R2 = 0. 9999). The average content and the recovery of benzhydrol are 0. 122% and 99. 5% ,respectively.
