摘要
本文根据参加汶川抗震救灾工作的实践，总结医疗队在复杂条件下出色完成各项救灾任务的基础与原因，并从队员抽组、物资准备、行政管理、文化建设等方面总结出对今后灾难救援的一些启示。
The outstanding Wenchuan earthquake relief work was summarized and abstracted from the following aspects, team formation, materials preparation, administration, cultural construction, and etc. It will certainly serve as valuable reference for disaster medicine research and future mission.
