摘要
目的探讨正常人和糖尿病患者泪糖浓度和血糖浓度的相关性。方法 2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者75例85只眼(A组)和正常对照组28例28只眼(B组),以微量血糖仪测定两组空腹血糖,随即以微量采血管采集非刺激性泪液20μl并以高效液相色谱质谱联用法(HPLC-MS)测定泪糖。结果 A组泪糖明显高于B组[(0.460±0.204)mmol/L vs.(0.081±0.027)mmol/L](P<0.01)。A组泪糖与血糖呈直线正相关(r=0.870,P<0.01);B组泪糖与血糖无直线相关(r=0.229,P>0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者中,泪糖浓度可以作为一个反映血糖浓度的良好指标。
Objective To investigate the correlation between tear glucose and blood glucose in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）. Methods The tear glucose and plasma glucose were examined in 75 T2DM cases（85 eyes） and 28 cases（28 eyes） of normal subjects（group B）. The tear glucose concentration was analyzed with HPLC-MS. Correlation between the tear glucose and plasma glucose was analysed in both groups. Results The tear glucose concentration was higher in group A than that in group B [（0. 460±0. 204） mmol/L vs. （0. 081±0. 027） mmol/L] （P〈0. 01）. There was a positive linear correlation between tear glucose and blood glucose in group A （r=0. 870, P〈0. 01）, which was not in group B （r= 0. 229, P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The tear glucose could be used as an indicator to reflect blood glucose in T2DM patients.
