摘要
目的:探讨阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙肝的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性乙肝患者78例,给予阿德福韦酯10mg,1次/日顿服,观察组治疗12周、24周、48周的疗效。结果:治疗12周后,ALT复常37例,HBVDAN转阴13例,HBsAg转阴4例,治疗24周后ALT复常60例,HBVDAN转阴43例,HBsAg转阴21例,HBeAg转阴1例,HBcAb转阴1例,治疗48周后ALT复常60例,HBVDAN转阴67例,HBsAg转阴64例,HBeAg转阴7例,HBcAb转阴6例。结论:阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙肝,疗效可靠,能够能改善肝功能,抗肝纤维化,服药方便。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods：78 cases of chronic hepatitis B treatment in hospital were collected from January 2011 to February 2012 ,adefovir acetate 10mg daily serving Dayton, observation group treated for 12 weeks,24 weeks,48 weeks treatment. Often 37 cases. Results： After 12 weeks of treatment,ALT HBVDAN negative 13 cases,four cases of HBsAg negative, ALT normalization after 24 weeks of treatment,60 cases ,43 cases HBVDAN negative of HBsAg negative, 21 cases of HBeAg negative 1 cases,HBcAb negative cases after 48 weeks of treatment ALT often 60 cases of 67 cases HBVDAN negative,64 cases of HBsAg negative, seven cases of HBeAg negative, HBcAb negative six cases. Conclusion： Adefovir dipivexil treatment of chronic hepatitis B, effective and reliable, able to improve liver function, anti - liver fibrosis, medication convenience.it is worth promoting.
