摘要
目的：探讨基层医院右肋缘下小切口胆囊切除术的临床效果.方法：回顾性分析176例行右肋缘下小切口胆囊切除术患者的临床治疗效果.结果：176例中择期手术151例,急诊手术25例,切口长度（5.0±0.5）cm,手术时间（40±25）min,术后平均住院3～5d.全部痊愈出院.结论：应用小切口胆囊切除术,避免了LC及传统开腹术的一些弊端,效果确切,无需特殊器械,便于在基层开展,患者愿意接受.
Objective：To investigate the clinical practice value of MC in hospital. Methods： 176 cases of minicholecystectomy were retrospectively analysised . Results： There were 151 cases of scheduled surgeries and 25 cases of emergency surgeries.The average incisional length were 5.0±0.5 cm,and the average operation time was 40±25 min .All patients had good results. Conclusion：MC is one kind of simple and safe operation for mild trauma in grass-roots hospital.
