摘要
传统的建筑抗浮设计方法面对复杂的工程与水文地质条件时,存在两类主要矛盾:一是被动适应,不能灵活处理水位变化带来的影响;二是对建筑物及环境产生不利影响。建筑排水减压抗浮新技术在传统抗浮设计方法的基础上进行发展和完善,通过排水减压系统与减压安全控制系统动态调节建筑基底地下水位,以保持地下水位的稳定,从而既能主动适应水位的变化,又能将抗浮系统对建筑物及环境的影响最小化。总结了系统运行与维护对系统提出的要求,概括了系统运行与维护的关键流程,并结合新加坡环球影城项目跟踪了运行情况,该抗浮系统投入使用以来运行状态良好,较好地适应了不同季节水位的变化,保障了新加坡环球影城的整体和局部安全。
The inflexible response to large variation of water level and the adverse impact on building or environment are two main defects of the common design methods on anti-floating of structures. The water- discharging pressure relieve technology on anti-floating of structures has got effective approaches to dealing with them on the basis of common methods. The new technology aims at keeping a stable groundwater level and minimizing adverse effect on environment around by dynamical control system of the combination of water-discharging pressure relieve system and pressure relieve security control system. The authors introduce the requirements of operation and maintenance, and present the key process of operation and maintenance respectively. Refer to the application of the new system in the project of Universal Studios Singapore, authors keep track of running conditions of the system, and the system has appeared well adapted to the variation of groundwater level in different seasons since which is put into service, and has ensured overall and partial safety of the project.
