摘要
利用半导体制冷技术设计了一个适用于小型仪器的小空间控温除湿系统。本系统采用两个半导体制冷装置,一个主要用于降温除湿,另一个则用于温度补偿。利用该系统对半导体制冷片工作电压、风流量等影响控温除湿的关键因素进行了开环实验研究,并在此基础上编写了湿度控制优先的模糊控制程序,实现闭环自动控制。实验结果表明,该控温除湿系统具有响应速度快,稳态精度高,除湿能力强等优点。
A temperature controlling and dehumidification system based on semiconductor cooler was designed and applied to small instruments.The system includes two semiconductor refrigerations, one of them is mainly used for cooling dehumidification, another is used for temperature compensation.With this system,the key factors which influences the effect of temperature controlling and dehumidification were studied in open-loop experiments,for example working voltage,wind flow etc.And on the basis the fuzzy control programs of dehumidification priority was written for automatic closed-loop control.The results of experiments showed the temperature controlling and dehumidification system has quick response speed,high steady accuracy and good dehumidification.
