摘要
本文针对目前我国远程医疗服务现状和存在问题,从如何充分发挥远程医疗服务系统功能的角度阐述了推行远程预约专家门诊的重要性和必要性。根据社区卫生服务中心远程系统的建设情况,基于浙江省公共医院预约服务平台,结合远程医疗服务平台,来实现远程预约专家门诊服务模式,促进远程医疗服务的发展和推广。让老百姓享受到"等待在家里,看病在社区,专家在眼前"的优质医疗服务,更好地发挥远程医疗在医药卫生体制改革中的作用。
According to the status and problems of theTelemedicine Service in China, this thesis elaborates the importance and necessity of promoting the remote reservation of the specialist clinic in the terms of how to fully promote the systematic function of the Telemedicine services, we would like to establish the mode of remote reservation on the basis of the Telemedicine services development in Community Health Center and the applications of Zhejiang Public Hospital Appointment Platform and Telemedicine system to promote Telemedicine Service. The mode not only can make people get more comfortable and high quality service such as ＂waiting at home, treated in community, facing specialists＂, but also promote the importance of the Telemedicine in the reform of the Medical and health system.
