摘要
腹泻和便秘是肿瘤患者化疗常见的并发症,目前国际上尚无满意的治疗方案,对症治疗和护理干预可减少并发症,缓解病痛并提高患者的生存质量。笔者收集并总结近几年国内外文献对化疗相关性腹泻(Chemotherapy induced diarrhea,CID)和化疗相关性便秘(Chemotherapy induced constipation,CIC)的相关报道,总结和探讨CID和CIC的发病机制、诊治和预防。
Diarrhea and constipation are common toxic complications of chemotherapy, and there is still no satisfied international treatment. Positive treatment and nursing intervention could avoid complications, reduce patient suffering, and improve the life quality of patients. Studies of CID and CIC in the domestic and foreign literature were collected and summarized. Our objective is to investigate the mechanism, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of CID and CIC.
