摘要
电子病历档案是电子病历的总和,是医院信息系统的核心部分,对临床、科研和教学等方面的发展具有重要的作用,但从目前电子病案的应用现状来看,它不能有效提升医院的管理质量和提高医护人员的诊疗水平,也不能为病人的诊治带来便捷,它的应用价值还有待进一步扩展。本文主要探讨如何进一步提高电子病案的应用价值,以提高医护人员的临床和科研水平、完善病人的病情监测体系、加强医院之间的交流合作和提高医学院校的教学质量。
EMR archives are the sum of EMR and the core part of hospital information system that play vital role in clinical, scientific research and teaching. However, in view of current application situation of EMR archives, it can not effectively improve management quality of hospital and treat- ment level of medical staffs, as well as not bring convenient for patients＇ treatment, which still needs further development. This paper mainly discusses how to further improve the application value of EMR archives, in order to improvement of clinical and scientific research level of medical staffs, perfec- tion of patients＇ disease monitor system, strengthening communication and cooperation among hospitals and improvement of teaching quality among medical colleges and universities.
