摘要
结合有限单元法和雨流计数法,利用名义应力法开发了一种用于水平轴风电机组轮毂疲劳损伤计算的方法。以某2.0MW水平轴风电机组轮毂为算例,分析了轮毂疲劳载荷产生的原因,在计算风电机组轮毂时序疲劳载荷的基础上,通过使用有限元分析选取轮毂疲劳热点,对轮毂疲劳应力进行雨流计数统计,结合轮毂结构S-N曲线计算了轮毂在20年运行寿命期内的疲劳损伤。计算结果表明:本文方法简便可靠,能够较准确预测风力机轮毂在运行寿命期内的疲劳损伤。
Combined with finite element method and rain-flow counting method, a calculahion method for fatigue damage of horizontal axis wind turbines hub was developed by nominal stress method. Set a 2.0MW horizontal axis wind turbines hub as a calculahion example, the reason of causing hub fatigue load was analyzed. On the basis of calculating the wind turbine hub timing fatigue load, and selecting hub fatigue hotspots through the finite element analysis fatigue, the hub fatigue stress was carried out rainflow counting statistics, and the fatigue damage of hub within 20 years operating life was calculated combined with hub structure S-N curves. The calculation results showed that this method is easy and reliable and can accurately forecast the fatigue damage of wind turbine hub within operating life.
