依达拉奉联合舒血宁注射液在脑出血急性期应用的临床研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨依达拉奉联合舒血宁治疗原发性急性脑出血(ICH)的临床疗效。方法将100例ICH患者随机分为两组,常规治疗组50例,治疗组50例,在常规治疗的基础上加用依达拉奉和舒血宁静脉滴注称为治疗组,疗程均为14 d。两组分别于治疗前及治疗后14d进行CT检查及神经功能缺损评分,比较两组神经功能缺损恢复程度、血肿体积及血肿周围水肿面积。结果与常规组相比,治疗组较常规组血肿体积明显缩小(P<0.01);血肿周围低密度区明显缩小(P<0.01);神经功能缺损评分明显改善(P<0.05);血小板计数和凝血功能无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论依达拉奉联合舒血宁治疗能促进ICH的血肿吸收、血肿周围水肿带的缩小及神经功能缺失改善。 Objective To obse3rve the therapeutic effect of Edaravone Injection assoeioted with Shuxuening jijection on treating the acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients were randonly diided into two groups,including control group (n = 507 ) and treatment group (n = 50 ). The patients in the treatment group were given Edoravone Injection associated with Shuxuenign Injection for fourteen days besides rortine treatment. The CT examinetion and neurologic impairment scores were done two weeks before and after treatment in order to eompore the neurologic impoiment recorery . the rolumes ofbematomas , hematomas with low - density areas Surrounding hematomas between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the volumes of hematomas and the low density areas surrounding hematomas reduced significantly in the treatment group (P 〈 0.01 ) , and NIHSS is decreased (P 〈 0.05 ) atl4 days after treatment. Conclusion Edaravone injection associated with Shuxuening Injection can promote the absorption of hematoma, reduce the low density areas surrounding hematomas and improve the neurological function during intracerebral hemorrhage.
