寰椎陷入型颅底凹陷症1例报告

摘要 颅底凹陷症（又称为颅底陷入症）是一种发生于颅颈交界区域的少见病和疑难病。临床上，颅底凹陷症以寰枢椎脱位、枢椎齿状突陷入枕骨大孔最为多见，而寰椎陷入型的颅底凹陷症比较罕见。我们收治1例儿童寰椎陷入型颅底凹陷症患者，报道如下。
