摘要
根据钩铰铸件的结构特点,选用三箱造型,中注式浇注系统工艺。利用View-Cast铸造模拟软件对方案进行数值模拟。模拟结果显示,铸件环部存在一定数量的缩孔、缩松缺陷。增加冷铁及冒口后的改进工艺方案,能消除铸件缺陷,提高产品质量。
According to the structural characteristics of hook casting, the process of three boxes modeling and middle filling pouring system were used. The casting solidification process was simulated by View-Casting software. Numerical simulation results show that shrinkage cavities and porosities exist in the ring of casting. Increasing feeding system and coolingiron, optimized technology can avoid the casting defects and improve the quality of the casing.
