摘要
镁合金铸造过程中镁与铸型界面发生反应,严重影响铸件质量。对镁合金与铸型界面之间存在的主要反应及阻止反应的途径进行了论述,对不同铸造方法中镁合金与铸型界面反应阻止技术进行了综述,并分析了其机理。
The interface reactions between magnesium and molds occur during casting of magnesium alloy, which seriously deteriorate the quality of castings. The way between main reactions and inhibition reactions in magnesium and molds was discussed. The techniques of inhibition magnesium-mold reaction in various casting process were reviewed, and their mechanisms were analyzed.
