摘要
运用Fluent对混凝土在输料管中的流态进行仿真。根据混凝土料群在输料管中的压力、速度分布特点、运动轨迹,探究出混凝土料群在输送管道中以"稀薄流"方式输送的最佳输送参数范围,为后续混凝土湿喷机的合理设计、结构优化、性能分析提供重要的理论依据。
The flow state of concrete in transporting pipe is simulated by using Fluent. According to the pressure and velocity distribution characteristics, moving trace of the concrete material group in transporting pipe, the optimal conveying parameters of the concrete material are explored in the "rarefied flow" mode of transportation. This work can provide important theoretical basis for the reasonable design, structural optimization and performance analysis of the concrete wet-spray machine.
