摘要
目的:探讨项目管理在护生临床带教中的应用效果。方法:选择2010年7月-2011年3月在笔者所在科的实习护生为对照组,按传统带教模式带教,选择2011年7月-2012年3月在笔者所在科的实习护生为试验组,按照美国项目管理协会PMBOK项目实施的五个阶段进行带教。结果:两组护生实习结束时的理论、技能成绩、护生对教师的满意度及教师对护生的满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将项目管理的方法引进在护生临床带教工作中,为临床带教提供了一种新的运作模式,值得参考借鉴。
Objective :To discuss the application of project management system concept method and theory in clinical training for nursing students, innovation and improvement of clinical teaching methods and effects.Methods :Choose the nursing students for practice in our ward during July 2010 to March 2011 as the control group, which were gived the traditional training, choose the nursing students in same ward as the experimental group from July 2011 to March 2012, which were gived the American Association for project management of PMBOK project implementation five stages of training.Results :Two groups of nursing students at the end of the theories, skills, teachers' satisfaction and nursing students' satisfaction were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion :Approach to project management to introduce clinical teaching for nursing students in clinical teaching work, to provide a new mode of operation, worthy of reference
