摘要
思想政治工作是我们党的优良传统和政治优势。重视和加强新时期的思想政治工作 ,是党中央的一贯精神 ,也是邓小平同志的一贯思想。本文结合高校思想政治工作现状 ,分析思想政治工作讲求实效的重要性、影响讲求实效的因素 ,进而提出提高讲求实效的基本措施。高校思想政治工作应从教育者、受教育者、教育渠道、教育方法和规章制度等方面入手 ,各部门一起努力 ,扎实抓好教育的各个环节 。
This paper bases its study on the current situation of ideological education in Chinas colleges and analyzes factors and measures conducive to its greater efficiency.College ideological education can bring about maximum results when educators and learners are motivated and channels and approaches of ideological education are carefully studied and optimized.
