摘要
废杂铜冶炼渣经过物理分选出其中部分金属态铜、锌和铁后,依然含有一定量铜、锌、铁和硅的化合物,采用两段湿法浸出处理物理分选后的废杂铜冶炼渣,通过控制浸出初始酸度、浸出时间等措施,Cu、Zn综合浸出率分别达到92.26%和94.83%,第一段浸出液中Fe浓度仅为2.28 mg/L。Cu、Zn与Fe的分离效果好,为后续铜、锌的进一步回收奠定了良好的基础。
After recovering parts of coarse copper, zinc and iron from smelting slag of scrap copper by physical separation method, the slag still contains a certain amount of copper, zinc, iron and silicon compound. To deal with the smelting slag treated by physical separation method, the two-stage leaching process was adopted. The result showed that the comprehensive leaching rates of copper and zinc were 92.26% and 94.83%, respectively, and the concentration of iron during the first leaching stage was only 2.28 mg/L by controlling initial acidity, leaching time and other factors. The copper and zinc could be effectively separated from iron, which laid a good foundation for further recovery of copper and zinc.
