摘要
城市交通拥堵是世界各国普遍面临的城市问题之一,而面对这种局面世界各国都采用了不同的治理手段。结合安阳市交通拥堵的实际情况,从实际情况入手,客观地提出交通拥堵治理方案,希望能对规划工作以及管理工作提供一些解决思路。
Traffic congestion in urban areas is a common problem all over the world.Different countries have different approaches to this problem.This article puts forward some solution to this problem practically,considering the traffic situation in Anyang,in the hope of that it could provide some solution for the planning officers and the administrators.
