摘要 天津港南疆特大桥为一联五跨下承式连续钢桁梁,采用主桁正下方设置膺架支墩→膺架支墩梁位拼装→悬臂拼装→膺架支墩落梁→悬臂拼装的方案进行施工,介绍了膺架支墩及拼梁吊机的设置、钢桁梁安装、落梁正位等关键施工技术及施工注意事项。创造了平均8d/孔,最快1d一个大节间的悬拼速度,真正实现了悬臂拼装连续钢桁梁桥的快速施工。为类似桥梁施工提供了有价值的参考。 Being a one-unit, five-span through continuous-truss beam mega bridge, the Nanjiang Mega Bridge of the Tianjin Harbor is built by means of providing eagle-nose-shaped supporting piers directly under the main truss beam→assembling the eagle-nose shaped supporting piers at the position of the heam→cantilever assembling the beam→lowering the beam onto the eagle-nose shaped supporting piers-→cantilever assembling. The key techniques such as the provision of the eagle-nose-shaped supporting piers and the beam-assembling crane, the erection of the steel truss beam, and the lowering-in-place and locating of the beam,and key points for attention during construction are introduced in the paper. With the above-mentioned techniques a dopted,the cantilever assembling speed of 8 days a span and one day a big segment is achieved, which truly help realize the speedy cantilever assembling of continuous steel truss beam bridges. The paper may serve as valuable reference for the con- struction of other similar bridges.
