摘要
阳极加工机组作为电解车间中的关键设备,其性能和速度直接影响到电解车间的作业率和电解电流效率。在分析国内外阳极机组结构配置现状的基础上,针对国内外现有阳极机组结构配置中存在的缺点,提出了一种新型的并联生产线配置方式。该优化配置方法有效提高了车间电解作业率,延长了铣刀寿命,具有广泛的应用前景。
As key equipment in tankhouse, the performance and speed of anode preparation system directly affect availability and current efficiency in tankhouse. The authors analyzed the current structure arrangement of anode preparation system inside and outside China and have put forward a new arrangement of production lines in parallel connection in view of the shortcomings in existing structure arrangement of anode preparation system inside and outside China. The optimized arrangement effectively improves the availability in tankhouse and extends the service life of milling cutter and therefore will be applied widely in the future.
