摘要
目的:观察结肠透析配合尿毒清颗粒保留灌肠治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法:将80例CRF患者随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。两组常规治疗相同,对照组采用尿毒清颗粒直接保留灌肠;观察组先行结肠透析,之后以尿毒清颗粒保留灌肠。观察两组治疗前后临床症状和血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)及血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)指标的变化。结果:两组治疗后临床症状体征、Scr、BUN、β2-MG较治疗前均有不同程度的改善(P<0.01或P<0.05),观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.01),两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:尿毒清灌肠治疗CRF有一定疗效,而结肠透析配合尿毒清颗粒保留灌肠治疗CRF疗效更为显著。
Objective To observe the effects of colonic dialysis combined with uremic clearance granule retention-enema on patients with chronie renal failure （CRF）. Methods Eighty patients with CRF were randomly divided into control group （n = 40） and treatment group （n = 40）. Patients in control group received routine western medications and uremic clearance granule retention-enema, and those in treatment group were treated with colonic dialysis combined with uremic clearance granule retention-enema besides the same routine treatment. The changes of clinical symptoms and the levels of serum creatinine （Scr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, and β2 micro- globulin （β2-MG） before and after the treatments were observed. Results After the treatments, the clinical symptoms and the levels of Ser, BUN, and β2-MG were ameliorated （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）, and those in treatment group were better than those in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was a significant difference of the effective rate between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Uremic clearance granule retention-enema is effective in treating CRF, when combined with colonic dialysis, a better therapeutic effect can be observed.
