摘要
目的探讨家庭膳食干预在预防痛风急性发作中的作用。方法本研究于2009年9月~2011年9月对在某院接受治疗且症状消失的痛风患者进行家庭饮食干预,以探讨科学、合理的膳食干预在预防痛风复发中的作用。结果通过实施膳食干预研究组患者总能量、蛋白质、脂肪及嘌呤的摄入量均明显低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(t=9.44、5.39、12.09、7.49,P均<0.05)。研究组患者的1年复发率和2年复发率均明显低于对照组,且差异具有统计学意义(χ2=7.43、12.02,P均<0.05)。结论对痛风患者实施科学合理的家庭膳食干预措施可以有效减少患者对蛋白、脂肪及嘌呤的摄入,从而可以有效降低痛风复发的发生率,有利于症状改善。
Objective To investigate the role of the family dietary intervention in the prevention of the acute attack of gout. Methods The study in September 2009 to September 2011 in a hospital for treatment of symptoms in patients with gout family diet intervention in order to explore the scientific, rational dietary intervention in the prevention of gout recurrence. Results Through the implementation of the total energy of the dietary intervention study in patients, protein, fat and purine intakes significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t = 9.44,5.39,12.09,7.49, P 〈0.05) . 1-year recurrence rate of the study group patients and 2-year recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statisti- cally significant (X^2 = 7.43,12.02, P 〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the scientific and rational family dietary interven- tions for patients with gout can be effective in reducing patients" intake of protein, fat and purine, which can effectively reduce the incidence of gout recurrence, the symptoms improved.
